Below is a helpful guide to assist with registration and viewing your roster:
If you are encountering technical issues with the new NMPED Professional Educator Portal at (nmped.communityos.org) please review the following information to move forward.
If you are an existing Educator you should have received an email on Friday 5/19 that contained a link to complete your registration (and then check your class roster) on the account the State created for you. Clicking that link allowed you to create the Password and Security Question and Answer. If you created your Password and Security Question and Answer but still cannot log in, click the “Forgot Password” link after clicking the orange button in the upper-right corner of the page at http://nmped.communityos.org to reset your password.
Some educators did not complete the step of creating their Password and Security Question and Answer but instead registered a new account by clicking the “REGISTER” link on the site and not the link in the email. If you registered a new account and now cannot log in, you will need to contact us so that we can enable your account.
Or you can return to the original email sent Friday 5/19 to complete the registration of the account created by the State (NMPED).
I did not receive the email to register.
The original email on Friday 5/19 was sent to the email address the State has on record for you. If you did not receive the email it may be that the email was sent to a previous email address. If you did not receive the email on Friday 5/19 first look to your other email accounts to see if you can find it.
If you cannot locate the email then click the “REGISTER” link on the homepage of nmped.communityos.org to register a new account. If you register a new account, after doing so, please contact Visionlink Help Desk at 303-402-0170 x. 2, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org so we can then enable your account.
Once you are able to log in to your NMPED account, click the "Roster" link at the top of the page to view your roster. Any questions or concerns or suggested edits on the roster should be directed to your building administrator.
For best results, if you are having trouble viewing your roster, we recommend using Google Chrome when accessing your roster information.
