Limit on dossier reviews
We ask that you check out only one dossier at a time and that you refrain from checking out another dossier until you have completed and submitted the one you have checked out.

If you are still unable to change your password please send a request to email@example.com so we may send you a reset link, which will also allow you to reset your Security Question.

As in the last session, you are no longer able to alter your contact information or licensure and endorsement fields.

Note taking and decision guides
Before you start to review a dossier, read the dossier requirements and the criteria for success.
Print some note taking guides and decision guides, which are available by clicking on the blue Reviewer Resource Center button after you have logged in. Because it has been a while since you have reviewed, you need to get grounded in the system again.
Complete the note taking guides and decision guides on all dossiers you review at each level.

When a candidate submits a dossier, the program will assign it to the view of all reviewers who are an exact match in terms of licensure, endorsement and geographic area.
As soon as two reviewers have checked out a dossier, it will disappear from the view of all other eligible reviewers. We have updated the licensure and demographic profiles based on the information you provided us at the last training session and any subsequent updates you may have sent us.
We hope that you will all respect the right of everyone to be able to check out dossiers for review. Keeping this in mind we are requesting that you check out only one dossier at a time and that you refrain from checking out another dossier until you have completed the one you have checked out.
It is important to remember that if you do not check out a dossier that appears in your queue that it may be checked out by another reviewer.
48-hour time limit
From the time the dossier is checked out, you will have up to 48 hours to complete your review. Once you have completed that dossier, you may be able to check out another dossier if one is available for which you are qualified. If you have not completed the dossier after 48 hours it will be reassigned.
If another dossier is available for which you are qualified, you may check out that dossier. If you experience technical difficulties within the 48 hours, notify Visionlink immediately, so they can help you.
If you start a dossier and do not complete it within 48 hours, you will not be paid for it.
Remember all your security precautions
If you download a file to your computer, be sure to delete it. If you print something, be sure to shred it. Do not discuss the dossiers you review with anyone else.
If you cannot read a dossier or part of a dossier, contact VisionLink.
Do not assign a score. You cannot give a dossier a score if you cannot read it. Please notify the VisionLink helpdesk as soon as possible their email is email@example.com. This is extremely important and necessary so that VisionLink can contact the educator and have the dossier corrected, if possible.
Keep a list of all the dossiers you review and the scores you assign them.
Keep notes until you receive payment or the end of the scoring period and then be sure to destroy the notes.
Be sure to click the completed box and the save button when you have finished your review.
