If you cannot login to your account because of a forgotten password, you can reset password here. If you still need to reset your security question or forgot, contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call Visionlink Help Desk at 303-402-0170 EXT. 2, so they may assist.
It takes between 48 and 72 hours to activate a new account. If you signed up for the account less than 72 hours ago, please try again a little later.
If it has been over 72 hours and you still cannot log in, please email email@example.com the following information:
- Full name
- Teaching license number
- Explanation of the problem
You can also contact them by phone at 303-402-0170 EXT 2.
A reset password link will be sent to the verified email of that account. Keep in mind that this link does expire after 24 hours and you can only click on the link one time.
I do not see the reset password link
Some email clients will place this email in your Spam/Junk folder, so if you do not see a reset link email after a few minutes, please check this folder. When you log in after resetting your password, you will be prompted to also complete a new security question.
Please Note: The system does not allow more than one account registered with the same email address, each verified email address must be unique if you register different accounts.
