Your Level 1 license has expired. For this reason you may not use the system to upgrade or renew your license. If you feel you have gotten this message in error please contact the Institute for Professional Development at email@example.com.
By default, you will be locked out of your account if you hold any expired license, even if you have a valid license on file. We will have Visionlink perform an override on your account once we verify you indeed hold a current license so you may login.
Remember: Level I licenses cannot be renewed online.
